Job Description
A Seattle institution, this local upscale casual seafood concept is known for its sustainable, always wild, all natural seafood and local fare. We are searching for talented and motivated leaders to both grow their concept as well as protect its rich local history. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals, both Restaurant Managers and Restaurant General Managers that take great pride in delivering the highest standards for food and service. Our average unit sales are between $2.5 – $3.5 million, with thousands of happy and loyal guests.
Management team members are responsible for growing sales and guest counts through:
- Developing and maintaining guest loyalty
- Providing only the freshest seafood available
- Delivering a superior guest experience
- Internal mentoring and staff development
- Managing food cost and labor goals
- Strong operational standards
This restaurant operator has a strong Guest-first culture, emphasizing their passion for only the freshest quality seafood and menu products, as well as delivering outstanding service in an upscale atmosphere.
Requirements Ideal candidate must have the following:
- 2+ years high volume restaurant management experience
- Passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Pride in only using the freshest of menu ingredients
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Passion for developing and mentoring a team
- Track record of achieving financial results
Salary Range & Benefits
General Manager $60,000 – $75,000/yr.
Chef $55,000 – $65,000/yr.
Manager $45,000 – $55,000/yr.
