We have an excellent opportunity for the right individual to become part of a successful and secure locally owned restaurant franchise. We are seeking a business savvy, guest responsive restaurant General Manager to operate and lead this fast-casual restaurant, where guests order at the counter and food is delivered to the table. This establishment is proud to bring the freshest, all-natural food possible; including organic & locally grown products. The environment is fast paced and energetic, with an open kitchen for all guests to view.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will have the following:
- A minimum 5 year proven track record of delivering financial, operational, and people development results
- Excellent understanding of food costs, labor costs, and full P&L responsibilities
- Commitment to using the finest, local products and sustainable resources
- Strong high volume restaurant experience
- Ability to execute consistently with the highest quality standards
- Ability to train, teach and mentor with passion
- Engaging with guests and delivering a great guest experience is a top priority
- Some BOH experience preferred
Salary Range
Starting salary range is $50,000 – $60,000
Quarterly bonus based on unit cash flow
